Established in 1985 by a committed group of individuals, including renowned social worker Maulana Abdul Sattar Edhi N.I., PPAS is registered (DSS (S)/732) with the Department of Social Welfare. Over the years, our esteemed members, including Justice A. Hafeez Memon, Late Justice B G M Qazi, Late Mr. Aftab Ahmed Khan, Governor Sindh & Former Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Saeed uz Zaman Siddiqui and others, have tirelessly worked to fulfill our mission. Currently, Justice Mohammad Athar Siddiqui – Former Judge Supreme Court of Pakistan leads the society as its president.
